o    6:15 - 7:15   Circuit Training with Maurice 

o   6:00 - 7:00    Martial Arts  (children)

o   7:45 - 9:00    Yoga ( integral hatha yoga)

o   7:00 - 8:00    Futsal (hosted by Meet Up)

Tuesday:

o   6:00 - 7:00      Junior Basketball (11 to 18) free

o   7:15 - 8:15      Zumba (Studio) 

o   8:15 -  10:15    Aikido (adult)

o   7:00 - 8:00      Futsal (hosted by Meet Up)

o   8:00 - 10:00    Basketball (open session)

Wednesday:

o    6:00 -  8:00    Queens Park Sharks (children's football)  

o    7:00-  9:30    Ballet lessons (Ballet For You)

Thursday:

o  6:00 -  7:00     Futsal (hosted by Meet Up)

7:00 - 8:00      Circuit training with Maurice

o   8:00  - 10:00    Badminton pay and play (booking required)

o   7:00 -  9:30      Aikido (adult)

Friday:

o  6:30 - 7:45      Over 50's fitness and exercise class with Maurice

o  8:00 - 9:00      Badminton pay and play (booking required)

Saturday:

o  10-00 - 6:00 / 8:00pm   Gym (Weekends) *

o  8:00 -  12:00      Personal training  with Stacey, Sat-Sun

o    10:00 -  11:00    Active Kids (under 5's)

o    10:30  -  11:30    Zumba 

o    11-00  -  12:00    Futsal (via Meet Up)

o    12.30  -  3:00    Badminton pay and play (booking required)

Sunday:

            o 10:00 - 11:00    Pilates  with Ana  

                          o    11:00 -  1:00    Gymnastics for Kids               

            o 10:30 -  2:00     Karate, children's

            1.00 -  2:00     Badminton / Table tennis pay and play (booking required)
