Class Sunday 10:00am to 11.00 am, 

Classes  £10 per lesson or £50 for 6 lessons

‘Pilates Introduction’    wondering if to take part ?  bring your questions, 15 mins before the start time.

Among the benefits of Pilates it offers ; muscular stamina, improved muscle tone, posture and stronger supportive abdominals.  These sessions will compliment other sport and health goals you may be working towards such as weight training or slimming.

For beginners and improves, mind and body workout will concentrate your mind on your muscles. Exercises are performed standing, sitting, kneeling or lying on a mat using small equipment to, encourage the spine to lengthen, improve all over body control, strength and coordination. There’s time for some cross training, injury prevention as well as back care exercises.
